Spasmacousmatic / Schizophonia composer (since 1997), helping all unknown and dynamic sounds (11 albums, 72 compositions in 2012.10.26). All about the quality of the trip, allergic to abusive conceptualisation or derivative and arrogant academic formulation. Berger Rond's melodic and abstract music comes from the building of a self-invented craft. It sometimes changes in approach, sometimes stays the same. Always more sound combinaisons tried during the process from one composition to another. His do-it-yourself method is not the point, it is only what he does to get through sequences he love, a trip without obvious climax.
Here it is for my "naturalist" composition. Musically, it's my first composition up to 19 instruments and it is a tribute to the oboe, my favorite wind instrument. Also made to be listened on a computer system with careful balance for high frequencies. Now appears on [{ }] - 2011, available here.

Free adaptation of Temple Grandin's Squeeze machine translated in French as "machine à câlins" (Cuddle Machine). I made most of the patterns with cello sounds that reminded me of wood planks worked out together. Drone guitars heard are by Charles Barabé. Poem in French on the same subject at the end (truly can't find any place for it on the music, it stands as a poem to be read carefully unlike most of my impulsive lyrics, in comparison)...Now appears on [{ }] - 2011, available here.
From the Errol Morris tv series First Person.
This episode features the remarkable autistic college professor and expert on humane cattle slaughter techniques Temple Grandin.

Works, legend and murders of Carlo Gesualdo (Gesualdo da Venosa), a notorious Italian composer and murderer from 16th century. In 6 parts. Bought a CD where a recent choir composition by Sandro Gorli fits perfectly, almost thought it was Gesualdo before his death !
I always thought Stan Brakhage was far more genius than any other purely experimental film maker. Forget the softly dying celluloid over post-rock music, this movie is the apocalypse of the immature in a time era when Elvis was shocking for doing almost nothing on stage !
Obscure movie discovered by mistake while searching for a song collage with a Valerie and her week of wonders video clip (this later film in the same unusual and malaise theme of fantastic / sexual-fantasy at puberty, but not being so good, too hippie-dated). Is-Slottet is all artistic, barely made for any obvious public ! Now that Google video is dead, you have to follow another link to youtube where a part is censored because computers and some people are metaphores dumb. Here it is for the first part : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tpfwPj4EmYs
